Robert William Scott

He enlisted as a Regular soldier in the Regiment in 1933 and joined the 1st Battalion DLI in Shanghai in 1937. He served with the Military Provost Staff Corps between 1941 and 1946 and, briefly, with The Wiltshire Regiment in India, before returning to 1 DLI. He fought in the Korean War and served in Egypt before he was finally discharged as a WO2 in 1954. Robert Scott died December 1995.
